Liked: My daughter left some clothes in a drawer that were left after we checked out. I returned about an hour later and the staff found the bag of clothes and returned them to me.
Disliked: Good room and excellent breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast was just "OK", pretty much the norm.
Disliked: I didn't need the handicap room & not sure why I was placed in it.

Disliked: Website says dog friendly. This place is NOT. Made that very clear. Also wasn't informed of the free Wi-Fi so had to figure out what to do with signal for my phone.

Educational Stay

Liked: The first night was OK. Nice room and bed, but too high for the average person. You almost have to leap to get into bed! The doors to the bathroom and to the hallway are a bit worn, with paint coming off. The hallway door would shift from any other door opening and closing. The chain on the door wouldn't have held up to a forced entry. Please sound proof the rooms! 45 minutes of detailed instructional XXX sex from the room next door wasn't appreciated. And no, it was not their TV.The next two nights, I was moved to a pet friendly room. Again, bad wooden doors. This room had a door to the outside. Rodents chewed on the door and frame on the bottom, so there was a hole. Curtain sheer had something on it. I didn't dare turn on the heater, as it was full of debris. Again, attention to detail. When I went to check out, no one was found for a while. Housekeeping wasn't able to contact anyone. They seemed short staffed, and those who were working lacked a professional appearance and demeanor.
