Disliked: Poor condition of hotel

Liked: The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The desk staff, John, who checked me in, was incredible and one of the most pleasant people I have worked with. I've stayed at many hotels with work and never had someone go above and beyond like he did to ensure we felt welcomed during our stay. I will definitely refer the hotel to people and will be a returning customer!
