Great value and a very...

Liked: It was clean and the bed and pillows were super comfy. Most comfortable bed we’ve slept in all year while traveling.
Disliked: Lots of little turns to get into the property and the side lot wasn’t very big.

Horrible

Liked: Horrible staff very rude and not accommodating at all. We traveled for a wedding. Had two rooms with two adults and 4 children. One of the rooms smelled so strong of cleaning products and air fresheners you could hardly breathe and in the other room they had no blankets or sheets and we were told they were out because they were at full capacity!!! They would not issue a refund or do anything to help!!!
Disliked: Dirty, stinks, not updated , thin walls you can hear everything

Not an enjoyable place!!

Liked: evening clerk was nice once she found we had reservations (she also mentioned 3rd party reservations) Felt like we were 3rd rate people. initially wanted to charge us $234 for the room. got directions to town and good places to eat. loved the town. Unique
Disliked: no elevator and only 2nd floor availability. morning clerk refused us a receipt because we reserved thru a 3rd party AND it was the 3rd party's responsibility. we would get an email. rudeness on his part! This was a 1st that we did not get a receipt. Never again at the Baymont and for certain - not that Baymont!

Liked: Desk clerk was nice and accommodating
Disliked: Property is dated. Carpets in room are dirty. Non-smoking rooms have heavy evidence of smoking.

Liked: The location was convenient to the interstate. The room was large and comfortable.
Disliked: The offered breakfast was "meh". There was very little variety and mostly carbs. But, you can't expect a buffet when getting free breakfast. Also, has and food weren't close to the hotel.
