Liked: The room in its entirety was immaculate. clean. bed sheeting was fresh and clean. everything was great.
Disliked: the only downside for this facility was the smell of cannibis .

Liked: easy access ... pretty clean overall... no weird smells
Disliked: hot water had black sediment coming out of it, the heat broke in the morning of our last day, we got locked out of the hotel in the snow at 11am while bringing items out to the car, we heard doors slamming nonstop almost the entire stay .... seems like they cluster the rooms together ...terrible breakfast ....

Liked: Staff is available for all hours check-in. Extra towels are delivered to room after a simple call to the front desk.Rooms, pool and gym area are clean along with the entire hotel. House keeping will give you extra towels , coffee packs ect all you have to do is ask.

The location was great to...

Liked: Close to the Westchester Medical Center
Disliked: It’s a little thing but would’ve been very helpful…my husband’s surgery was at 6 am and he could only drink apple juice before but the juice wasn’t avail until 6:30 am when breakfast was served. Being able to have access to items that can be taken to go would be super helpful.
