Nice improvements have been made

Liked: Room renovations are great improvements.The refrigerator is always appreciated.
Disliked: No ice bucket in the room.No cups for you to have a drink of water.Microwave would be nice in the future.

Mediocre at best

Liked: We reserved a jetted tub room. There was no plug in the tub so we were unable to use it, the phone was not working properly, the pool was closed and used as storage for mattresses, The coffee maker wasn't working. It was missing the little drawer that you put the coffee pod in, there were no tea bags for the breakfast which was fair, they are a pet friendly hotel which is fine.Fortunately the dogs in our area didn't bark throughout the night but did bark occasionally. At the time we checked out I mentioned all of these things to them. When we told the night staff about the plug in the tub, they said maintenance would fix it the next morning. Doesn't do us any good when we wanted to use it that evening. The shower water was lukewarm. The day clerk did write down all of this as mentioned above and made no concessions or apologies, just excuses. The good thing was Applebee's was right across from the parking lot and we were able to access that easily. The king size bed was comfortable. They did accommodate our request to have a first floor room so we could bring our bicycles in at night.

Disliked: Rooms smelled, first smelled like chemicals. Moved to new room which smelled like BO. Actually had an ozone cleaner in room.
