Disappointing

Liked: It did not meet my expectations of a booking.com property.

Good

You get what you pay...

Liked: The big light up sign is completely broken so you have no idea when you drive up the weird back road driveway that it’s to the right place. The facilities are falling to disrepair. Wall dents. Carpet stains. There was no dirt or bugs or anything but the whole place felt sketchy.

Worked for what I needed,...

Liked: The hotel was located right off the highway. You can tell it is a truck stop "town". It worked for the location I needed to be in.
Disliked: The bathrooms were not cleaned. Literally had feces still in the toilet and hair in the shower/sink. The floors did not look like they had been cleaned. There was no indication that the pool was going to be shut down during my stay. That is the main reason we booked. I received numerus emails that my stay was going to be cancelled because my credit card was "invalid". Not sure how that is possible when I paid at the property and the charges went through, even received a receipt. The day after my stay, I received an email saying that my stay had been cancelled and that booking.com would be notified.

Poor

Liked: The pool was clean and nice that was about it
Disliked: We didn't get the room we wanted it wasn't clean and the toilet was clogged

Staff not trustworthy.

Liked: Clean
Disliked: We fogot 2 bottles of specialty wine on a safe in our room. We called twice and the desk went to see if in lost and found. It was not. Desk man said to call Monday as boss would be in. We called on Monday and no one ansered our phone calls. So we assume, the cleaning lady kept the 2 bottles of wine and the san sebastion wine bottle opener also in the box. We ordered online, our missing wine gifts and $35.00 shipping fee. This staff needs watched. It is a shame no answer who stole it.

Liked: Very nice clean rooms. Pool was great also.
