They cancel my reservation!!!

Liked: NA
Disliked: Property called and had to cancel my reservation because of their hot water heater bursting. I’m in route, I had to pull over and make a reservation elsewhere. Baymont should have offered to find me a hotel to stay in or something. They should pay for my room at the Candle wood Suites, since I was so inconvenient!!!

hot water was broken throughout...

Waste of money and no...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Day receptionist was rude hung up on me. My rooms weren’t ready on time had to drive around and wait. Was told breakfast was 6-9 then was told by the same receptionist there won’t be breakfast. I spent $200 on rooms and not ready and no breakfast because the rude lady was there the following morning and didn’t want to make it. I go through booking a lot for work n this one was for my dad’s rosary slash funeral.
