Great Place! Good Value!! Great...

Liked: Zach was the best, made me feel welcomed!! Many times at hotels, staff make you feel like you are an inconvenience!! Problems with my TV and he fixed it immediately!! He should get a bonus!!
Disliked: No problems

Poor

Disliked: We had to get the keycard reset after arriving to our room on the 3rd floor. In the bathroom, there was hair on the floor counter, in sink, and the tub. When we left, the elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs.

Disliked: Property called and had to cancel my reservation because of their hot water heater bursting. I’m in route, I had to pull over and make a reservation elsewhere. Baymont should have offered to find me a hotel to stay in or something. They should pay for my room at the Candle wood Suites, since I was so inconvenient!!!
