Horrible customer service

Disliked: Called me right before I was set to arrive at the location and told me my reservation was canceled, that's horrible customer service, I will never make a reservation at that hotel again...

I will not ever stay...

Liked: There was nothing that I liked.
Disliked: The room was roach infested. Roaches were crawling all over the walls and even crawled up on the bed on me while I was sleeping.
