Good value for the price.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great - two of our most important considerations. The room was quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay but could have used more attention. Coffee dispensers were often empty and needed to wait for more to be brewed. Bagels were frozen and impossible to cut with plastic knives.Slow drain in sink. Defective switch on bed lamp. Had to unplug to turn off.

Liked: I appreciate that they’re pet friendly.
Disliked: I have stayed at a lot of hotels in this chain with my dog and I understand paying pet fees but this one was $50 a night which is over double what I usually pay. Also the breakfast was extremely limited and for what I was paying I expected more.

Always Room for Improvement, but...

Liked: Close & conveniently located to eating places & IGA store! Staff was very friendly & accommodating to allowing our extended family(who also had reservations) to eat in the lobby with us!
Disliked: Hot tub jets weren’t working…not as much b-fast choices from when we stayed in July! There was an unappreciated ‘marijuana’ odor in the hallway our last night there! Thought this was a non-smoking facility!Not sure how I feel about the share all bottles of shampoo, body wash & conditioner in the shower(products could be contaminated by previous people who stayed there)! Liked the individual size items like we had in July!

Disappointing

Liked: Location and i enjoy the jacuzzi
Disliked: Our fridge was not cold the air conditioning was not working and was leaking water into the room on the floor

Poor

Disliked: First the girl at desk didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was on the phone the whole time checking in. Was not greeted with friendliness. We had to ask for towels. Was looking forward to jacuzzi but that and pool had no water. The room had a sticky floor. There was no ice in machine. And they charged me double. Had to call to see about a refund. Checking out, the girl needed help..
