Liked: Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms.
Disliked: Not clean. Breakfast was so so. Ran out of coffee food was not fresh. Front desk staff was hard to find.

Disliked: When trying to book I kept getting disconnected. Was quoted a good price but when they would try to process it would say the room wasn’t available. I finally booked through booking.com but way overpaid. I booked this hotel for the pool and hottub/sauna. Hot tub was broken and the pool room amplified the group of kids screaming/playing to the point I had to leave. I work in a middle school and pretty used to load noise but this was unbearable. Bathtub did not drain when showering either. I could have stayed at a higher quality hotel for the same price. Oh and no elevators to haul your luggage to the next level.

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and inviting. Rooms are affordable and come with a continental breakfast which was very nice. It had everything I needed for a wheelchair disability access room/bathroom. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!
Disliked: It was very loud due to a bunch of kids staying at the facility. Doors opening, closing, the side door leading outside was on the other side of the wall where we were sleeping so each time it was pushed open or closed we heard it quite loudly. I would recommend putting up some noise reduction panels on the wall that the bed is located. I used ear plugs to get some sleep.

Disliked: The carpets were ripped up. Curtains had rips um noise was horrible. There was obviously druggies in lounge so high falling on floors. I will not be back to this place ever.
