Smelly, uncomfortable, rude staff

Liked: Rude front desk girl, they also added a $100 deposit which was not made known when I booked the room. Beds lumpy , coffee maker didn’t work. Smelled like stale urine
Disliked: Do something about the smell, get rid of the nasty carpet , make sure the coffee makers work in the room, get comfy pillows and mattresses, make sure to reveal this hotel charges $100 deposit at booking time

Liked: N/A
Disliked: Moving across country so needed to stop for the night. When I booked it said the property was dog friendly. But when I was sent the pre-registration it said no pets so I lost my money for the night because no one would answer the phone.

Run don't stay

Liked: Nothing did not stay, even though paid on booking.com hotel wanted another 150.. fraud and scammers
Disliked: Attitude and shady front desk personnel

We’d certainly stay here again!

Liked: We were here for a couple nights and were well pleased with accommodation. Had indoor pool, comfy bed. We didn’t do the breakfast so I cannot comment on it. The location was great!

Liked: The bed was clean.
Disliked: Everything other than the bed was dirty. Carpets, walls, drapes, etc. The area was really sketchy as well. The next morning people were shouting at each other in the parking lot and from the hotel windows. It was just not a great area or great hotel.
