Check in was a joke!

Liked: Checking in using the kiosk was a complete joke. There was a staff member helping out so I don't know why we just couldn't do it in person like normal. It took twice as long and was irritating.

Decent. Pleasant staff.

Liked: The breakfast was ok but there were no fresh fruit.
Disliked: The ceiling fan in room 216 did not work.

Liked: It was pretty clean for hotels needing updates
Disliked: Called twice to ask about early check-in no answer asked when arrived. Said $20 fee which ok we very early there for dance competition but then after ran card Said $30 did only charge $20. But didn't like that Said 1 amount and then different amount after running card. Called from room for wifi password no one answered. Won't stay there again. Felt like we were putting them out

Superb

Liked: Very clean room and facilities. Close to the University which made it easy to visit my son. The rates were very reasonable for what you get and pay for. All in all, it was a good experience for the two nights I was there visiting.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was ok but could have had a few more options.

Overall, comfortable

Liked: Overall ok, except some fruit would have been appreciated
Disliked: Handicapped parking space was not plowed.
