Liked: We had a place to stay close to our destination.
Disliked: First, the cleanliness fee is ridiculous because upon arrival the room smelled like smoke, I found items behind the bed frame, and the tub, mirrors, and sink were dirty. Which means I'm being charged for something they don't hold the staff accountable for. Shame on the cleanliness policy.

Liked: The breakfast was better than some similar places we've stayed. I appreciated the warm egg patties and sausages and selection of cold cereals, as well as cups of yogurt. Good job, so keep it up!

Great Location for the Springfield...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and pretty quiet. I liked that they had Dove products as I had never used their hair products before and ended up really liking them. Breakfast wasn’t overly exciting but there was enough variety to get a good meal in. The location was perfect as I was there for the Springfield Extravaganza and it wasn’t too far of a drive to the fairgrounds, and plenty of food options were within walking distance. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would book here again.
Disliked: I don’t like that the rooms are cleaned every day just because it seems wasteful. We stopped doing that in most, if not all, hotels in Canada, so I didn’t think to put the “do not disturb” sign on my door when I came back to nap one day, and felt bad when one of the employees walked in, whoops! I also don’t like that there wasn’t a recycling bin in the room, I didn’t want to throw my recyclables out so I just kind of put them in a pile hoping they’d get recycled by the staff.

Disliked: I thought Baymont was a fairly new hotel chain, but obviously they bought this pre-existing hotel. It was rundown and old. It would probably be best to just tear it down and start from scratch or totally redo the place could you not the bedding made me feel like I went back to the 80s Along with the room set up and everything that was in it

Disliked: Being elderly and on the second floor with no elevator.

Liked: Breakfast fare, it met the need. Hotel wad old but recently updated. Very comfortable.
Disliked: All good.
