Liked: Not the Hilton (but then you knew that) but friendly, clean, and comfortable. Location for us was perfect and the price was great.

Liked: Location was good! Downtown city center. Lots of homeless people around but that’s typical in downtown areas.
Disliked: The room was dirty! Not properly swept, cigarette burns in the blankets, cold water tap on sink was shut off and not repaired due to a leak. Minimal parking. Breakfast was weak at best even as far as continental breakfasts go.

Liked: It was close to deaconess multi care
Disliked: It was bloody cold. Thermostats were set to 64°. Turned it up at 70 and left it that way when we left for the day w hen we came back it was 64° again and freezing. Asked the hotel about it and said they have all them set that way to save money, no house keeping came in To refresh towels either. The entire hotel is older and cinder blocked outer walks so it’s very cold and I’m sure it will be super hot during the summer. The bathroom has no heater so the floor is always super cold. Wish we had another blanket to our bed. Lots of homeless around and in a kinda sketchy place in my option. Staff was very friendly though. We didn’t eat from the breakfast offered.
