Definitely would stay again.

Liked: Friendly, quiet, excellent price, close to what we needed, clean.
Disliked: No pool or hot tub.

Terrible place to stay

Liked: The Pizza Ranch restaurant next door
Disliked: EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE!! The girl behind the desk was very unfriendly. Website says pool, hot tub, and pets allowed. When you walk in there's a sign that says pool and hot tub permanently closed and another one that says No Pets! As we were walking down the hall to find our room i couldnt help but feel like we were being watched however there was NO ONE in sight that we could see. The room we got was horrible. The sheet/blanket/comforter thing on the bed was bulky, with wadded up stuffing inside of it and it was all connected into one big covering. (I can't find the words to describe it). The beds were both hard and broken down. One of the beds in our room was sagging so bad on one side that is was the first thing you see when ya walk in the room. There was no shamppo/conditioner or soap in the bathroom. No hair dryer. No coffee pot or microwave but there was a fridge. We were there on a Saturday night and there was ONE other car in the parking lot besides ours the whole night. I definitely Do NOT recommend this place at all. Definitely not worth the price either. I really cannot even honestly give this place 1star.

Liked: We were fine, but friends had bed bugs in 2 different rooms and management denied and dismissed them even after being shown proof of the bed bugs and the bites

Worst Baymount experience ever !!!

Disliked: Some electrical outlets had missing cover plates, others were overloaded and one had a bad plug outlet. AC filter was dirty. Room was not serviced during stay. Asked for extra towels, they promissed to deliver - had to track them down myself. No Experienced no manager on duty twice. Hotel pool was "closed permanently" - a lot of construction in that space. Poor security, corridor doors were found proped open. Poor, single driveway access. Worst Baymount experience ever!!!

Very disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: All the furniture was broken. Very uncomfortable to sit in the recliner & the sofa. The only thing that was comfortable was the bed . there was no remote for the tv in the living area. We checked at the front desk but no one came to check on it or let us know what was going on? Will not stay here again.

Liked: Room was VERY nice. We were there for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were VERY comfortable! Location was perfect for what we were doing.
Disliked: Breakfast was minimal. Carpet needs cleaning. WiFi kept fading out. We continually had to get back on.

Bad

OK but not worth the...

Liked: Ease of access to both the facility and the hwy.
Disliked: the beds were a bit saggy (?) and noisey, the bathroom had a large hole in the wall above the toilet tank that should have a cover over it. The breakfast offerings left a lot to be desired and the toaster did not work.
