Horrible !

Liked: I loved the cleanliness and remodel
Disliked: The fact you guys allow the st Joseph county police to run everyone’s names that are buying a room there. It’s an invasion of privacy and you guys truely suck for makin sure me and my husband and 6 month old had a traumatizing stay!

Not happy at check out

Disliked: The staff front desk and Sam patel

Disliked: All the construction. Without warning. I have a 8 month old an three year old daughter

Disliked: I had to pass many rooms under construction to get to mine. Other guests seemed sketchy. I did not feel safe and so didn't sleep well.

Disliked: I understand this is a low star hotel so my expectations were not high. However the bedding was still soiled with what looked like blood of some kind and the bathroom still had dirt and things from the previous occupants. There was also things left behind

Liked: Nothing was over charged because room was in horrible condition nothing worked couldn't ask the hotel to even accommodate for tissue will never stay there again! Really want a refund
