Disliked: There was nothing wrong with the hotel

Disappointing

Liked: The staff tried really hard to help us with the no heat problem
Disliked: Heater blew out cold air upon arrival at 5:30 PM at 38 degrees outside and snow storm forecasted in the am. It Finally started warming up after EE came in to look at the thermostat and cranked it up to 85 degrees. Then she came back with blankets that were very old and thin and weren't even folded up. They were just in a jumble in her arms.There was no soap dish to put the bar of soap provided at the sink. I was traveling with a small dog and the grounds outside were littered with trash and broken glass in the parking lot and the grassey area.
