Very good value

Liked: Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and well-maintained for the price. Bed was comfortable and the shower and sink worked well. Breakfast was nice with decent variety of hot and cold food and drink. Location is nice with being on one of Sioux Falls' main streets.
Disliked: Hallways could use a little updating with newer carpet. Back doors are functional although the handles are broken. Could be fixed mostly for aesthetic reasons.

The worst night ever

Liked: I was there for a getaway weekend with my husband for his birthday we rented a room with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was so dirty and hair all over it we could not even use it so we just cut our trip short due to the price of the room and not being able to use it completely when I brought it up to the staff they would not refund anything for the night but said if we leave early then they would refund the one day which I think was not right we should have gotten moved to a different room and refunded the difference.

Liked: I greatly loved the Breakfast. There was such a nice variety of items . And the hot items were adequately hot. Great atmosphere and friendly people.

The great staff and cleanliness...

Liked: Great staff. Clean rooms, hallways entry. Very unusual and gratifying. I visited with the man at the desk (he was very approachable). We discussed our concerns and said some changes were coming so he expected these concerns would be addressed. I believed him and we will quite possibly stay at this Baymont our next overnight in Sioux Falls.
Disliked: It’s April and there were no blankets. Dining area was chilly. Hard to keep the food warm.

Comfortable bed and bedding, it...

Liked: We stayed in the king suite and it was very comfortable. I like the larger fridge it was great for storing food we had while traveling. It was quiet as we were at the end of the hall.Breakfast was also good, and the coffee was great.
Disliked: Everything was very good..We would consider going back again.

Liked: Hotel and room very clean. Friendly staff. Room clean, large, comfortable beds with good and pillows. Good breakfast including fruit and yogurt.
