Worst experience ever. Would rate...

Disliked: Staff was no helpful, our room key did not work. We had to get a staff member every time we wanted to get into our room. Got locked out of room several times. They had to call a maintenance man to come break our lock on our door and we’re not offered a new room until the next night when the owner came into the hotel. Manager was the only helpful person who worked there. Staff at front desk had horrible service. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
