We called to let them know we were running very late and they were so accommodating. Our room was great - could not have asked for a better stay.

Liked: Fresh coffee. Hot breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. Location close to everything. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Showerhead flew off and hit fiancé's hand pretty hard.

Disliked: Bed was horrible, lamps where broken, bathroom hadn't been cleaned, you could hear everything around you, the door lock on the outside was missing, the elevator hasn't had a check in who knows how long, the stairs door didn't have a handle you could use it was propped open the staff didn't talk to you at all even when asking a question.
