We called to let them know we were running very late and they were so accommodating. Our room was great - could not have asked for a better stay.

Liked: The indian lady at front desk was rude stole my deposit and told me my room was trashed and smelly when in fact it wasn’t .
Disliked: The staff , upon arrival a stack of toilets were by my room

Liked: The person at the desk proactively reached out to me to tell me I had left my phone charger in the room and she kept it for me until I could retrieve it one week later. I thought that was extremely considerate and appreciate her very much.Sandy
Disliked: Some of the lights in the room didn't work and we had to get light bulbs and plug them in.

Disliked: Totally run down property. Needs a complete renovation of rooms and more. Air conditioners never cleaned. Rooms full of cockroaches. Very bad experience.

It was not like it...

Liked: The fact that I use to stay in this hotel many times and the new owners now aren’t as good and the hotel is not up to par..
Disliked: The new owners were rude and the room was ragedy my sink constantly overflowed.

Disliked: My room was on the end. You could really hear the traffic. Not a lot of rest due to this.
