I wouldn’t let my dog...

Disliked: First room had dirty sheets.Second room they switched us to had cracked glass at entry door,latches were loose, stains on carpet, drywall dust? on carpet and the topper was the urine stained and disgusting toilet seat.Also the elevator flooring was trashed.We ran out of there as fast as we could.

Not a great stay.

Liked: The property was located very close to the hospital.
Disliked: It was in major need of remodeling and updating. The tub was unsafe and the air/heat didn’t work correctly. The beds were too high for short people.

Would never stay again and...

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast. Walked to local Starbucks
Disliked: Room was poorly furnished. No blanket or comforter. Carpet was filthy and room is in need if countless repairs

Liked: Berry little choices only hard boiled eggs and waffels
Disliked: Everything tv wasnt working called front desk no one ever came to fix it i asked twice

Liked: No name tags. I booked and paid via booking.com. The billed me for the proper rate from booking.com then proceeded to charge an additional separate charge for $518.37 on my credit cards and when I asked them about it they told me my bank had put the additional charge on my card. Horribly untrained staff. Rusted bathtub chipped, bubbled and peeling paint on all walls, horrible smell in room and dead millipedes on floors I didn’t like anything
