If you like dirty rooms,...

Liked: Location and pet friendly.
Disliked: Had to wait for the hot water. Asked staff and was told you have to let the water run for at least 30 minutes so you can take a hot shower. Room was dirty and staff was not helpful

If you like dirty room...

Liked: The location, and pet friendly.
Disliked: Had to wait at least 30 minutes for hot water to take a shower. Room was dirty. Hair on bathroom floor and a used mask near tv stand on the floor

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and common facilities were clean and decorated for Christmas.
Disliked: An automatic front door would have been helpful to bring luggage in.
