Disliked: no cups no coffee machine no hair dryer

Disliked: There was black mold in the shower it hadn’t been dusted holes in ceiling and wall holes in comforter used soap left in shower

Disliked: Smelled like weed from adjourned room.

Bad hotel in Salem Va.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: They gave our room to someone else is what the check in person said. And they would give us a bed upgrade. But the room was horrible. We booked a disability room with Non-smoking. We got a room that had a horrible smell of smoke, burntness, Marijuana. Burnt holes and stains in bedding and furniture. Walls had food splashed on them. Microwave had to be cleaned out. Shower would not work well the water sprayed 1/2 and the tub 1/2. Then water would not turn off had to have someone come turn it off. Outside the building was falling apart. The building it self looked creepy and falling apart. The pictures on the site had to be a lie. Rusted abandoned car in parking lot, sliding door in room would not close. Abandoned shopping cart with someone's belongings. The door to enter our side of building was broken so no safety Features to keep people out. Not at all what we booked and no one to help us.
