Misrepresentation, no reservation from Booking.com,...

Disliked: I arrived at 9:30 at night after driving 9 hours and was told that the hotel had been sold the week before, was no longer a Wyndham hotel, and that I didn't have a reservation. They still had rooms, but I had to pay them and they told me I had to get my original deposit back from Booking.com (a bad experience in itself, but finally accomplished.) This was very disconcerting since I had filled out a pre check in form from an email from Wyndham the day prior. If you no longer own the hotel, why send the pre check in? Also got a check out text and email, and this review. Why don't you get your info updated, this is no longer the Baymont by Wyndham Roswell, it is the Cash Rewards Inn and Suites. Oh, and the room had no heat, no working phone and no remote for the TV.

Disliked: If you booked thru booking.com your reservation is no longer valid and you'll be made to pay again. Elevator is sketchy use the stairs. Dark parking. Dirty just dirty.
