Clean; easy to find; good price. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to a show in Rockford. The room was clean, quiet and very nice.

Lack of customer service and...

Disliked: The pool was cold . Bathroom tub did not plug . Toilet did not flush properly. Bath tub faucet dangerous because the handles stripped in the middle of hot and cold . Blood on the pillows looked like the bedding was not changed on one of the beds from the previous stay. The hallway had a strong fish smell. The lady who checked me in is always problematic . I actually thought she entered my room while I left to get dinner. I heard a door close when the elevator opened. When I exited she was walking down the hallway near my room which was the second from the last and from the noise coming from other rooms they were all occupied. Housekeeping staff intrusive by knocking on the doors before 12 pm checkout time to see if we were leaving . To which I responded it’s not 12 pm yet !

Disliked: My Daughter got locked in the Bathroom in our Room. we called front Desk and they sent up Matinence and he had to replace the Door handle. she was stuck in there for 30 mins.
