Liked: Very pleasant but found the bathtub very very slippery. You could have a lawsuit if someone slips and falls. There were no bath mats. I found out when I complained to the front desk that they are there available on request. Should have signage in the room.

Average stay

Liked: Clean room, no musty smell, comfortable bed, Dove toiletries a plus. Staff were friendly and inviting. Checked out pool, it looked nice, heated too.
Disliked: Disappointed in the free breakfast, coffee was instant from machine. Yuck. Couldnt get the scale or treadmill to work in workout room..must need maintenance. Beds needed more than sofa size arm pillows to sleep on.

Liked: The young lady at the desk was very professional, polite, and exceptionally convenient to an error I made.
Disliked: I paid 200 dollars in deposit money for 2 separate nights and haven't received my deposit back. It's been 5 or 6 days, i believe. Won't want to deal with that again. Very nice hotel, though.
