Disliked: the staff , unprofessional , bugs , no room service in the morning if you a stay over

I won’t stay there again

Liked: The location was great, the water pressure and temperature were great also.
Disliked: The rooms were a disaster. The floors were so dirty you couldn’t walk around barefoot, there was stuff on the walls, our smoke detector wasn’t even mounted, there was no ironing board in one room, and one of our rooms had the door latch fixed with one screw while the wood was falling apart. To top off our experience every single time we went to the office to check in, fix our room key, check out, nobody was at the desk! I had to call a number to locate someone……

Disliked: One side is noise close to busy highways.

Disliked: Bugs in my room loud noises I got there I had to wait on the lady to get to the property to let me in she didn’t give me back my id and it was late coming in so I forgot about it and lift went to the bank beside the hotel and come back to ask for my id and she done lift and the new person that morning didn’t have a clue.

Disliked: There was no wifi staff was using Hotspot to check us in. Room wasn't ready. Lobby was dirty. We didn't end up sleeping there we went and got another hotel.
