Comfort When Needed

Liked: The person at the desk was quite nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was supplied with four towels which was great.
Disliked: After traveling all day, we looked forward to using the exercise room, but could not get the treadmill to work nor adjust the excerise bike seat. Then there was no light and chair at the desk.

It was okay - comfortable...

Liked: Inexpensive and convenient location along with very nice staff
Disliked: The room was not very clean. The windows had mold growing in them, we killed a roach, and the room had a musty smell when we arrived that seemed to be coming from the air vent. The facilities were run down and really need an upgrade (everything looks worn, seats torn in the breakfast area, etc.)

Hotel scammed my credit card...

Disliked: They double charged me for one night. I have called twice this weekend and keep getting told someone will call me back. No call. I am calling my bank to report the hotel in the am

I wouldn’t stay there again.

Liked: I liked that it was close proximity to my destination.
Disliked: The hotel had a musty smell. The carpets in my room didn’t looked vacuumed. The lamps were falling apart. The desk chair was damaged on both sides. The room had dead flies in the windows. Our door did not latch properly.
