Disliked: The door being slammed at 1:00 am. The breakfast buffet wasn’t hot. Don’t enough spots for eating

Would have loved to have...

Liked: Was great to have the pool right outside our door, it was a quiet Hotel and Breakfast was great. Staff on the 2nd and 3rd day were wonderful.
Disliked: The staff member that checked our family in on the 1st night was rude and entitled. I did the online check in so that it would be quick and easy since it was very late and we have 3 small kids all under the age of 9. Let’s not forget to share that this said staff member not only ignored what I had said about checking in online but he double charged my card, and when I called after noticing that I’d paid for our stay twice I was told that they already knew and it had been dealt with!!!! YET I WASN’T GIVEN AN APOLOGY nor contacted to be made aware of this and am still waiting on the reversal!! Was also shocked when we arrived to our room with no bedding for the kids who were listed when booking our room and then was only given 3 mattress covers to use in place of blankets for our 3 kids.

The pool and hot tub...

Liked: We found the room and the hotel was dirty. I had spilled a bit of coffee and wiped it and the Kleenex was filthy. The room and hotel was in disrepair.
Disliked: Cleanliness, and food and lounge.

Liked: I love the pool area :)

Liked: The pool because my kids like swimming in the pool.
Disliked: The property has a sad ambiance and very dark. Kind a dirty rooms. Carpets are not well cleaned.
