Good

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Only one jet worked on the hot tub and there was dirt in the bottom. The bathtub wasn't totally clean.

Awesome

Disliked: Our reservation was cancelled even though I tried calling when nearing Billings and were getting tired. I texted to the number I received text from and reply was “thank you for letting us know, your room will be held”, so we had to pay more than we expected to pay.

Liked: Nothing, was dirty and the staff wasn’t helpful even to the manager level
Disliked: How dirty the rooms were, blood on towels, old carpet, and uncomfortable beds
