Liked: Everything, except the night clerk.
Disliked: Even if I had related a late am check in in forehand and a debit card payment option, the nightdesk charged my credit card as a noshow at 12 am, and I had to wait until morning to sort it out with the manager. I had to pay that stay twice and wait for the credit card amount be reembursed one week later.
