I read several reviews before staying here and can't believe anyone had anything negative to say. We loved everything and I am VERY picky, especially about cleanliness! One of my favorite things was the "clean remote" - the remote control for the TV has it's own holder that tells you it has been cleaned - may seem funny but that is important to me.

Liked: Loved the beds, clean room, helpful staff, great breakfast and location.

Liked: Close to Provo Airport
Disliked: Customer Service, when checking out had to call by the phone. No one at the front desk. The wall in the room had a crack and different paint then the main wall. Cheap looking, Carpets not vacuumed on the stairs to the room. Stayed here for the 1st time. Close to Provo Airport. Price was good for the last-minute booking Wouldn't recommended.
