I read several reviews before staying here and can't believe anyone had anything negative to say. We loved everything and I am VERY picky, especially about cleanliness! One of my favorite things was the "clean remote" - the remote control for the TV has it's own holder that tells you it has been cleaned - may seem funny but that is important to me.

Liked: Loved the beds, clean room, helpful staff, great breakfast and location.

Good for one night.

Liked: Bed was comfortable, well located, and great value.
Disliked: Some of the furniture was falling apart and the room overall was pretty old.

Liked: I liked it because it was very close to BYU where I was studying. I also liked being able to have breakfast and a hot tub for a very reasonable price. Also my room was a good size with a comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave, TV, and a full bathroom.
Disliked: There were no stairs to the office, so in accessible if you’re handicap. They were also doing a lot of construction so most of the parking lot was blocked off and you had to go outside to get to other sections of the motel. But when they’re done everything should be nice. Also The staff was only accessible by phone and so you waited around a lot. The breakfast had no water and even when I asked for some nobody brought any.

Gross, didn't stay the night,...

Liked: Check in was easy.
Disliked: The facilities were falling apart. My room had tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom, the shower curtain was barely hanging on to the wall, super wobbly, it was also torn and gross looking. There was no shower liner. Weird goopy stains on the ceiling and just overall gross feeling. I used the pool and the ceiling was leaking into the pool in addition to some leaky pipes that ran over the top of the pool room (the air conditioning or heater system maybe?). Didn't seem healthy. I also felt uneasy the whole time I was at the hotel. It just didn't feel like a safe place to be. My MIL actually offered for me to stay on her couch that night. She lives 30 minutes away, but I chose to do the drive rather than stay the night. I checked out early, told the attendant all the things and he didn't offer a new room or even seem surprised. He just checked me out and said oh well. All in all, a waste of money because it was falling apart so much I just didn't feel comfortable staying there.

Very frustrating

Disliked: Did not enjoy the checking. It was done through a monitor and there was no human contact. I could not understand the person checking me in (no fault of her own), but the intercom was so garbled it was very frustrating. I would not stay here again.

Liked: The fridge and blow dryer did not work. The shower curtain was dirty, and the shower head was covered in hard water ( I had to clean out the openings to get a good flow of water ). Property from a previous guest was left on the room. Half the parking lot had cones blocking it off. The hallways had leaves and dirt. The vending machines took my 10.00 bill and would not work. When I went to the front desk, no one was there. After 10 minutes, I left.
Disliked: Size of room.
