The room was comfortable enough...

Liked: I apparently accidentally booked a single room. Someone called me the day before having noticed I booked for three adults and switched the room for me. The staff member who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly also.
Disliked: I wish the double rooms had queen beds.

We had no shower curtain...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, standard waffles and cereal.

Disliked: Beds were not queen size like we booked. they were only full size. Not much room for me and my wife.Handle to turn water on in shower was broken. It was missing a set screw. Came off in your hand every time you moved it. Room 403.

Clean room and an excellent...

Liked: Room was clean. (I rarely stay in a hotel where hair is not left in the bathroom, but I did NOT see a single hair in this bathroom!!!) Location was great. We did not go to breakfast, but breakfast was offered each morning. Area seemed very safe, and we were able to find parking near our door each time we returned to our room. Check in was quick. Extra plugs on the night stands. Fridge and microwave were in the room, and the fridge had a small freezer section! This is rare even in expensive hotels. Fridge was already on and cold when we arrived.
Disliked: Most of the channels on the TV said "no signal." I called the night we arrived. It was very late. The lady at the front said she would check on it as soon as she finished checking someone in. She did not call back, and I went to sleep. I called again the next morning. Another lady can down quickly, and she tried to fix it. She was very nice, and she tried several things. Most channels still said "no signal." She went back to the office to call the cable company, but it was never fixed.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, with all I needed. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: I thought the breakfast choice was quite limited, however, I was still able to enjoy it.
