Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, with all I needed. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: I thought the breakfast choice was quite limited, however, I was still able to enjoy it.

Liked: It seemed to be quiet at nite and the staff seemed to be friendly.
Disliked: Sheets didn't look clean. We had to ask for more toilet paper and coat hangers. There was no coffee maker in the room. The room was extremely small. Didn't like having doors to the rooms on either side of us.Never stayed at a hotel where there wasn't a closet but only a clothes rack.

Liked: Clean and close to the Interstate
Disliked: When I booked the room, I specifically requested a ground floor room. I sent that request again a week or so prior to arrival. We are seniors and when we arrived, we were told we were on the 2nd floor. No elevator so had to lug our luggage up a significant number of stairs. When I questioned this, I was told that the morning staff assign the rooms and there was nothing she could do about it with a “ I could care less “ attitude.
