Liked: Close to NYC. I grew up in Wayne, NJ and lived there until 1986. Great location to local area restaurants and pubs.
Disliked: The facility is in a great location but needs a little attention. Outdated electronics, faulty shower head needs to be replaced. carpet in many areas of hotel is ripped and dirty and smells. No elevator access to second floor was hard for my father to climb with his bad knees. This hotel has a lot of potential but needs a good leader to get a few things done that will make future customers wanting to come back. As a traveler, it is the small things that can make a customer's stay, GREAT. Focus on all the little things and provide a great breakfast. Good food goes a long way when trying to make customers happy. Get that restaurant back open. Have a nightly cocktail hour with good snacks and drinks to boost your revenue and customer satisfaction. Customers want a little more to do at the hotel.

Liked: The price was ok for the hotel
Disliked: It was ok but the place was a bit old and the doors to the outside parking lot were unsecured and the back lot was too dark and not much lighting. The hallway had a pile of garbage bags over night and were still there when I departed in the morning. The employee at the front desk was oh the phone when I walked and had to wait about 10 minutes for him to get off the phone before being helped. The check in was a bit too much I to enter my in formation to include a copy of my drivers license and had to renter again for a 2nd time and then I to do a 3rd time at the hotel, so I think the check process needs to improved. Thank you

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: The bathroom paints was coming off, there was mold everywhere, the sheets were stained and old, the bathroom was dirty, the hallway smelled like mildew, and the heater didn’t work well.
