Call to confirm your breakfast...

Liked: Location, price and ample free parking. Staff were mostly lovely.
Disliked: Inadequate kitchen facilities in the kitchen room, traveling with a Service Dog we weren't allowed in a kitchen room which was the whole reason for us staying at this property so we stayed on the first floor, shower and tile seriously need an upgrade, furniture too. Bed was decent, sheets clean and soft. Breakfast was only Continental when there should have been hot options as advertised. Not happy about that either.

The stay could have been...

Disliked: The shower didn’t work properly. The bed was too hard. The soap dispensers were not working properly. The staff were not accommodating.

Liked: Staff was friendly and professional. Everything was clean.

Disliked: Service was great but the cleaning staff didn't clean too well at all left trash in room left toothpaste stain on mirror n didn't mop floors they need to invest in new beds (bedmites) they didn't wipe down anything when they service my room .

Exceptional

I did not feel safe....

Liked: The location and allowing a pet
Disliked: The fact that anyone can walk right in. No card, no fob, nothing. I did not feel safe at all. It made me very uncomfortable knowing any random person can walk right in. The security is shameful.
