Liked: Location and clean room with comfy bed.
Disliked: Hallways needed cleaning. Seemed sketchy from outside but it was great.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!

Disliked: The room was dirty. I found someone’s charger cord and a twist tie on the floor between the beds. Obviously nobody vacuumed the floor or they would have found it. The toilet had feces stuck in the bowl. Absolutely disgusting!! There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The shower curtain had mold forming at the bottom. The check in process was ridiculous! I had to call someone to get a code to get my room key from a lock box that’s outside in the cold. I couldn’t understand her. Bad English! It was something you would expect to see in the 1980’s. I do have plenty of pictures to prove the conditions. If I wasn’t so exhausted and it wasn’t midnight, we would’ve left. I can say, the sheets appeared to be clean but the bed was from the 60’s. Not comfortable. I can’t believe that it’s affiliated with Wyndham resorts. I will probably never stay at a Wyndham ever again!!
