Won’t be back

Liked: Carpet was dirty room was noisy from traffic

We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Breakfast was very good We enjoyed it
Disliked: The Wi-Fi wasn’t great but it was a busy time

Exceptional

Liked: We stay here all the time. Very clean and comfortable. Good location for shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: Don't when Rod runs going on. Trucks are very loud them in our room.

Loved elevator ride to room...

Liked: Room was clean, liked the fact we had plenty of linens, liked the dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make-up remover wipes, free hot breakfast, free ice, indoor swimming pool, hair dryer, iron/board.
Disliked: Noise of loud mufflers on Wears Valley Rd. but it was "Rod Run". The Rain for 2 days.

Liked: WiFi was terrible. Other than that it was fine. We’ve stayed there several times even during busy times and the wifi was not working. Ask staff and was told cause it was busy. Which I didn’t have the issue no where else while I was there.
