HORRIBLE!!!

Disliked: The food that was served was very poorly put together. The eggs were dryer than a bone, there was NO cereal but there were bowls for it. waffle batter was not dispensing, bread was dry. Employee was sitting at the table more interested in her cellphone than making sure everything was fresh. we entered the breakfast room at 6am to which you would expect fresh food. there was NO yogurt. OUR ROOM: when we arrived into our room it looked okay until we turned on the lights, to our surprise we found a nasty used tissue in the drawer of the nightstand. We then attempted to use the phone and it didnt work either. we went and told the guy at the front desk and he said that there was no phones in the rooms. The lampshade was mangled. we also went to use the laaundry facilities anf on the wall there was a sign that said "Laundry soap and dryer sheets are afailable at the front desk" so we walked down to purchase some and the guy at the desk stated they dont sell them. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!We will not be returning as we frquesnt the phoenix area often.

Disliked: Bed was super firm.Breakfast potatoes were undercooked. Seems like you have to be down right at 6am to get any choices for breakfast . SWe stayed for 3 days and housekeeping never once checked in. Front desk was responsive to requests though.
