Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: Bed wasn't great. Fridge was horrible and needed to be defrosted. Housekeeping needs to step up there game on cleaning

Liked: Great staff, friendly and accommodating. Clean room.
Disliked: Pool needed cleaned. Needs chairs outside by doors. Room floor had a coating that was sticky.

Below sub-par!

Liked: Could park right in front of the door on ground floor. So unloading & loading up was easy. Clean linens & no bedbugs.
Disliked: The laminate floor was filthy! And parts of it were slippery with some kind of oily residue. The room had an overwhelming antiseptic odor that infiltrated my c-pap! I don't know what continent they are from, but that was not American continental breakfast. Below sub-par!

Disliked: Shower curtain moldy.Floor was filthy!Fridge needed defrosting.People hanging around front of motel who were not guests - made us uncomfortable.Motel faced the back of a strip mall.

Disliked: No staff at the desk until I called the phone number and they came. No toilet paperSheets were dirty and looked as if they had not been changed.

Liked: Didn’t eat breakfast.
Disliked: The room was not very clean at all. The bathroom was nasty: shower, shower curtain, walls were dirty. The room hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and walls and doors needed to be cleaned and repainted. Bed sheets and blankets were stained. It’s needs a major overhaul! I was very disappointed!

Liked: The staff was very friendly
Disliked: The room was so dirty. Now I’ve stayed at some low cost hotels many times but this was by far the worst. There was a condom in the nightstand drawer, buttcheek prints on the mirror, hair everywhere and the sheets had black marks all over them like they hadn’t been changed. I work in the vacation industry and have managed housekeeping staff. This was completely unacceptable and you should be ashamed. My reservation was cancelled due to my husband already booking a room so we double booked
