Disappointing

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: The room was unclean under both of the beds it was completely Dusty where the kids suitcases were placed and behind the dresser when I was trying to fix the dresser I moved it and behind it was leftover food and lots of dust. Out of four of the dresser drawers only two of them worked two of them were glued shut. We were woke in the early morning hours probably 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. from another guest complaining that we were partying and we were not we were sleeping and so we were woke up out of a dead sleep for a complaint that wasn't even about us

Christmas Eve Stay

Liked: Convenient location and friendly staffI appreciate the elevators at this location.
Disliked: Jets in the jacuzzi tub didn't work properly in our room.The fireplace seems to have a buildup on the glass. It took away from the enjoyment.

Liked: All the staff was so kind! Very clean rooms and lobby! Excellent pool area and games to play!!
Disliked: Nothing everything was great!!

Very disappointed, will not be...

Liked: Good location, adequate breakfast but understocked.
Disliked: Room outdated, no streaming, TVs too old to mirror or cast from phone, all the furniture and carpeting old. All of which would be fine if it were priced according, but it was priced like a Holiday Inn Express but looked and felt like a Super 8.

The stay was fine but...

Liked: Breakfast was adequate, nothing to write home about. Unfortunately the manager would not allow me to park my boat in a secure area.
Disliked: It appears that Booking.com overcharged me for the room. The motel’s cost for the room that night was $169 and Booking’s charge was $199. I know booking.com needs to make a profit but I think $30 is excessive. I will chose another on-line agency in the future. I do plan to speak to someone at Booking.com if I’m lucky enough to get a live person.

Exceptional

Liked: Was able to check in early so we could get to a wedding. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. Great breakfast, a wide variety of food.I loved that the pool was open to adults till midnight.
