Disappointed. Won’t stay there again...

Liked: It was barely warm. Biscuits were hard, had to cut with knife and no butter for waffles or biscuits
Disliked: The sink wasn’t clean. Took forever to get hot water. Floor was poorly vacuumed. My daughter got bitten by a bedbug. The desk clerk was hard to understand, had a heavy accent. This was at checkin and checkout. Late night desk clerk was easy to understand and very friendly and could be understood.

Liked: It was along the path of our trip.
Disliked: The window didn’t have a lock. The door didn’t have a security lock. And the air conditioning did not work in the room thank goodness it was not a hot night.

Liked: staff was great, location was great.
Disliked: Room had old hardware on the walls, that was just painted over. Looked like where pictures may have been in the past. Slumlord special... The hallway was never vacuumed while we were there. I know because the same dead roach in the hallway/stairway was still there in the same spot when we left. The bathroom light was burnt out, or the fixture was bad, the lamp on the left side of the bed had no on/off switch and was unplugged, and the through the wall ac/heat unit smelled horribly of mildew. Breakfast was lackluster at best.
