Liked: The room was available when needed.
Disliked: The floor in the room/bathroom was very dirty as if the floor needed to be mopped. The A/C unit barely worked properly, so during the night of sleeping, everyone would be cold and then really hot. They copy your ID upon check-in, but the copy isn't securely put away. I was able to see the previous person's ID info because it was sitting out in the open on the counter. Then, so was mine able to be seen by the next person.
