I was not happy with...

Liked: They need to do renovations. The tub Faucet was broken. Water spots in the roof. Very noise. Bed sheet had hair and spots on it. The towels were clean.

A BIG FAT disappointment!

Liked: The location was within walking distance to I-drive.
Disliked: I've travelled the world and stayed at many hotels on booking.com, and I must say this was one of my worst experiences. Firstly, the walls are paper thin. It's as if the people in the room next to you are standing in your room when they are talking. There's no way to mute this noise. Next, while the photos look nice, the rooms themselves are very old and need remodeling. The sheets are not white, but yellow. There's rust in the shower area. This is a danger if you cut yourself. Bugs crawl out of the drains. It was an awful experience. Next, when we were there, it seemed unsafe. There were police in the front lobby often looking for people that were apparently staying there. Finally, the customer service after we left was a nightmare. We literally called 9 times over 48 hours after we left our toddlers favorite toy in the room. It was a giant toy and couldn't be missed, but they kept on asking us to call back until finally they said they couldn't find it. My point being that it wasn't lost; it was left and obviously is now owned by housekeeping. So, follow-up customer service is horrible and house keeping can't be trusted. Regarding breakfast. Well, they say it's FREE so that must be a good deal, right? It's basically cheap white bread, white bagels, and cheap cereal each day. Nothing changes. It's basically high carb junk food that will surely make you fat. It's better to book a hotel without breakfast and use the money saved to find a breakfast restaurant imho. All-in-all, i sincerely do not recommend you book this hotel. There are many better options.

I liked that the room...

Liked: Location was good and lodging expense reasonable
Disliked: Staff seamed cold and hardly knew the area when asked basic questions. Staff needs to be more pleasant.

Liked: The location
Disliked: Fridge was more like a freezer, ruined our sodas and food and made a mess, microwave would not work so could not heat up our food, the shower would not drain right and the toilet would not flush.

Disliked: Too old, every space was dirty and disgusting
