Staff was extremely cordial and helpful. The property is well maintained. Get a room on the pool side, it might have been a different experience otherwise, as it is right next to the 408 highway toll road. Awesome, awesome otherwise!

Liked: The layout of the room was interesting and nice, with more space between the ac unit and the beds. The value was also pretty great.
Disliked: For a new renovation, it was a shoddy job. A hole in the back of the counter, molding not finished, just a general unprofessional look. But it didn't affect the comfort, just the feel of the stay. Smell also was a bit odd, maybe very heavy on chemicals? I'm not sure. They also apparently just changed companies bc the sign said Best Western so we were very confused at first.

Unacceptable I left.

Disliked: The lady in the morning had a little attitude. Because I Ask her what going to be next to the bacon.She came at me with attitude..but didn't pay her no mine and say have a nice day thank you..
