Disliked: All kinds of noise. Bathroom was disgusting. There were also bedbugs in the bed. All in all, I would not recommend or stay here ever again.

Liked: The rooms were remodeled and clean.
Disliked: We traveled with 2 pre teens and needed the pullout couch.. after we got here we were told that they did not provide sheets or blankets for it.. we had to ask for a remote for the tv and it still didn’t work so we gave up on that. Kids running around late and making a lot of noise outside the room and office did nothing even after 3 complaints.

Liked: The pool was nice you could smell it as soon as you walked up which was pleasant.

Liked: I finally got to taste the breakfast then as I was walking back to the room was met with their extremely rude owner who took my food, stating they don't allow food inside the rooms from breakfast but have a fridge and microwave for you inside the rooms to guess what to eat. I was extremely unpleased that it was the owner in who was so rude about no one ever explaining that slow hotel request.
Disliked: i booked a suite , but when they messed with my room booking and I showed them my reservation was still to the suit I simply downgraded due to needing sleep and walked into ppl drunk and the police having to pick up a person who was on un known substance..

Disliked: It was very dirty, the floors had not been brushed or mopped from the previous guests, there was not a proper breakfast set up, we were also told what was usually there from other guest who had been there for a while, all the electrics didn’t work in the room, the excuse was that they are ripping out the furniture.

Liked: great but could of been better . the rooms was nice.
Disliked: i left items behind that were brand new and when i called to pick it up. they didn't have it .... someone or staff had to have stolen my things ... brand new bookbag that cost me a lot. they didn't check the cameras and didn't care. when i know i left it and someone had to have taken my things inside the room ... just terrible ... overall the place was nice and clean. but you have thief's on your property i would never go back because of that.
