They scammed me

Liked: Booking.com charged me with an extra room that i did not want and told me that there was a deposit that i would get back after my stay. I arrived at the hotel, and the person behind the desk gave me one keycard for the room I was staying in. About a week after my stay, I still hadn't gotten what I thought was my deposit back, so I message the hotel to inform me that I had two rooms, and that is what the extra charge was. I tried to explain that I did not order two rooms and that they never gave me a keycard to the other room that I never knew existed. Once they understood what I was telling them, they completely stopped communicating with me. Now i can't get ahold of them or booking.com, so I am out over 200 dollars because of their unwillingness to help me.

Liked: It had a bed. It had a shower. It had a toilet. It had a sink. It had a TV.
Disliked: Room was pretty dirty, especially at the sink and the blinds. There was a bit of an odor that I couldnt place. The bed is old, and I felt like I fell into the bed when I laid down.

Liked: The young man that worked the desk in the evenings was the absolute most polite and nicest hotel clerk I've ever seen! Good job payment for hiring him!
