Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I paid for a room that was supposed to have a phone in it. A long with a coffee maker. They didn't have either one. I accidentally locked my keys in my vehicle and my phone was dead. They would not let me use any phone so I can have somebody come unlock my truck for me. The staff was very rude.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Waited in the lobby for 2 hours trying to check in Nobody at the desk.called the number The answering machine You couldn't even understand. I have no idea how they stay in business.

Has roaches

Liked: The rooms are not clean and have roaches. Very difficult and disgusting staff on second shift, has been very difficult in getting a refund
Disliked: Has roaches in the rooms very dirty place

Exceptional

Comfortable if you stay in...

Liked: The bed and pillows were comfortable, plenty of room for my daughter and I in the king bed. Had a good size fridge and microwave, heat worked great for the time of year!
Disliked: The sheets did not look clean, hairs and stains, a glob of something on the bed skirt, and lots of cob webs. The outside garbage was overflowing and the grounds had trash scattered around. The hallways were FREEZING

Disappointing

Liked: Did not end up staying. Opinion seems like it needs a lot of work.
