Mediocre hotel

Liked: You advertised thar Breakfast was included. When I checked out, I was given a paper bag with a bottle of water, a bottle of orange juice and a package of crackers. This bag of misc. did not meet my expectation of a Breakfast. Do not advertise something you do not provide. An otherwise pleasant experience was changed at that moment.

Liked: It was a very smooth process, and the staff was friendly. I was able to get in my room fast and made it to my meeting on time.
Disliked: I made reservations with a balcony and I didn't get that accommodation. After speaking with the staff before arrival, I thought we were all on the same page.

It was ok to just...

Liked: Close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: Tv/cable was very fusy, beds were springing and uncomfortable. Breakfest was a go bag. The ac was off in our room when we arrived.
