Liked: The hotel was close to Klipsch and was very clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I had triple amount of cost put on hold between two separate debit cards. I used a different card at check in than what I used to reserve my room. Not only did they put the amount on hold twice on the card that wasn't supposed to be charged, but put a different amount on hold on the card that should've been used. So a $108 room turned into $324 and it's still being held. The hotel said it was a "glitch", my bank is investigating. I travel a lot and never had this happen before.

Very friendly and helpful staff; clean from the exterior to the rooms. Nicely updated rooms. Convenient, located close to where we needed to be - shuttle service even available. Definitely will book again!

Great place to stay, especially if going to an event at Klipsch Music Center. Shuttle gets you there and back in less than 10 minutes.

Definitely would recommend this hotel...

Liked: Not only was the room cleanliness was phenomenal, the breakfast alone could bring us back to dry again it was very bell stacked and hot! The gym area while small was great as well. The pool area was very clean and well maintained each use along our stay.
Disliked: Upon arrival to the room not only was the room different than what we views and selected online. When the desk was called and I requested more towels the attendant seemed very off put that I would request more and said if I needed them to come get them only to be met with the same disgruntled behavior. The pool being one of our favorite parts of the stay unfortunately was also not adequately stocked with towels, so I counted the different guests that were utilizing the facility and went to the counter to ask for towels. I asked for 6 towels and was questioned on why I needed them who they were for before being given three towels instead so some of the guests had to walk through the hotel soaking wet and cold.

Liked: Close to the sporting event and Walmart.
Disliked: The craftsmanship of how everything was built seemed diy (especially in the bathroom) just not built w quality. The key card didn’t work and I took it to the desk and he just asked what room and rekeyed it. He didn’t even verify my name, I could have said any room (safety concern) another family in our group - her door wouldn’t even lock so they switched.

Disliked: Unfortunately half and half coffee cream was outdated everyday making our morning coffee non drinkable.
