Disliked: I came back to desk after check in to let them know I needed a room change because the heat didn't work. The manager was speaking from the back room asking why I needed a room change. When she was told why, bc she wasn't talking directly to me but I could hear her, her response was "She can't get another room just bc the heat doesn't work!" She suggested I wait for the mechanic to come and fix it..whenever that would be. But obviously I hadn't come to see the mechanic and I was a GUEST for ONE NIGHT- & exhausted. I refused to see the mechanic. They were upset that I was guesting in the room I had before I realized the heat didn't work, which wasn't much. But there was no accountability for the fact I was assigned a room that essentially wasn't ready and I was not at fault. Finally the manager huffs and let's the guy actually standing at the desk reassign me a room. He was nice enough to apologize for the room when the manager could not. I was disgusted. Also, house keeping doesn't thoroughly sweep. And they start banging on doors before 11am and if you ask not to be disturbed, they wait and talk outside your room right before 11 to bang on your door. I will not be returning.
