Liked: convenience… roomy .. price was perfect
Disliked: housecleaning missed my room twice … said i had a do not disturb sign on it…absolutely not true as i expect room to be made daily and to be given fresh towels as well… front desk tried to argue with me that i did indeed have a sign on my door (i never even saw a sign in the room if i did want to use it!!!)

Disappointing

Liked: I liked the bathroom, The shower was nice.
Disliked: I do not like where my room was. It was very loud and noisy, I was right across the breakfast room. Also, the AC only worked on AUTO and not the "High" or "Low" setting. I was hot and honestly did not want to move rooms with all my stuff since I was already overwhelmed. When I first got there a little after 3, it seemed a bit unorganized and had to figure out if there was even a clean room for me. It was just disappointing. I thought it was going to be nicer.

Disliked: No mention of $100 deposit when you book the room that needs to be updated on the app, not fair to customers before you arrive at the property
