Pleasant

Liked: The breakfast was OK. It would have been nice to have a daily variety instead of the same food every day. The staff was friendly and professional even though they seemed under staffed. The rooms worked well for our family.

Repairs need some professionals.

Liked: Close to the Casino
Disliked: Needs some upgrades, painting unfinished, raw drywall, tub caulking needs attention. Vending machine all unplugged, no ice machine.

Just ask for a room...

Liked: Closest thing while visiting new buffalo beach but so do not recommend
Disliked: Bedbugs. I've always traveled to thousands of hotels and I've never seen this many bedbugs per the one room I stayed in. Still waiting to hear from managment.

WE DID NOT STAY THERE...

Liked: nothing was good
Disliked: The bed was USED not clean sheets. Towels looked used, not folded well like clean ones, shower was not usable, filthy and in bad repair.The hallway ceiling tiles are caving in No idea what else, but we did not stay and we are apparently not getting out money back from booking. My plan is to hit the internet with the horrible hotel and Booking.com
