Sickening conditions

Liked: We were traveling and got tired so decided to stop . We booked a deluxe suite . Knowing that the jacuzzi and pool would be closed hoping that a Whirlpool will help us. Upon arrival there was no one to be found the woman smoking outside turned out to be the check-in agent. Everyone was nasty and disgusting and our sink was filled with hair and backing up and the toilet was leaking. When we spoke back with the front desk she looked at us blankly as if she was looking for our further instructions.. eventually she offered to switch us a room. That room was not much better but at that point I was desperate for a few hours of sleep so hitting the road again. In the morning upon check out the new lady asked me how things were and I explained to her how frustrated I wasn't thinking that happened over the evening she continued to say that she was confused because there's 24-hour maintenance. And continue to list the reasons and things that the other employees should have done better. I spent the better part of a week trying to get a hold of their customer service only to be dismissed disconnected or disrespected. Finally today I I was told it was somehow an issue I needed to take up with booking.com.. How ridiculous is that !?!? I recommend no one stays there. Definitely feel I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my vehicle
